How long does a launch take?
About 5 business days. It depends on your providers, payment methods and design. We handle the platform; you focus on your brand and customers.
Can I price some routes by hand?
Yes. Each route can use automatic rates with a margin, your provider's price, or a manual rate. Min and max limits are set in the route's fiat currency.
Which payment methods can my customers use?
Any you add: bank transfers, SEPA, e-wallets, cash and local methods, with your own instructions for each. Crypto assets come from the providers you connect.
Do customers need an account?
No. Guest orders work with a tracking link. Accounts add order history and the affiliate program.
Can I embed the exchange in my own site or app?
Yes. Use the API to create quotes and orders from your own product, with webhooks for every status change.
Can I get listed on exchange monitors?
The XML rate feed follows the format monitors use. Each monitor has its own listing rules, which you apply for directly.
