04Fixed vs floating rate

Fixed rate

The amount you receive is held

The quote holds the receiving amount shown, as long as you pay on time and send the exact amount on the correct network.

Floating rate

Follows the market

The final amount follows the market when the exchange is processed. The small difference from the estimate is called slippage. See the exchange Rules.

05How to pay for your order

Crypto payment

Open the deposit details on your order. Send the exact amount to the address shown, on the exact network, with the memo or tag if one is shown, before the deadline.

Card or bank payment

Follow your order's payment instructions with the recipient and reference shown. If "I've paid" is shown, press it after paying. It doesn't confirm receipt by itself.

06Track your order

Open Track an order with your order ID (for example O542344) or your private tracking link. Keep the link private. Every order has three statuses:

Awaiting payment

Waiting for your payment.

Processing

Payment confirmed. The exchange or payout is underway.

Completed

The payout is done.

Failed · Expired · Cancelled · Refunded

Follow the instructions shown on your order.

07Rates, fees and limits

Check the quoted amounts, fees and any add-ons you picked before confirming. The form shows the limits when an amount is too low or too high, in your currency and in USD. Network costs and refund deductions follow your order and the Rules on fees. Market prices on the site are estimates; the quote in the form is what applies to your exchange.

08Your account

You can place an order as a guest with your email. Sign in to keep your order history together and manage notifications. Keep your email and payout details up to date.

10Safety and troubleshooting

Check the network and memo

A wrong network, address or a missing memo can stop automatic crediting and may cause a loss. Check them on your own order before sending.

Paid too little or too much?

Contact support with the order ID. Don't send a second payment without instructions.

Deposit address unavailable?

Don't send to an old address. Refresh the order, or contact support with its ID.

Order expired?

Don't pay an expired order. If you already sent funds, contact support with the order ID and transaction details.

Avoid phishing

We only contact you from contact@opyqa.com. Check the domain and never share passwords, recovery phrases or private keys.
