Are add-ons included in the exchanger license?
No. The license covers the website, user panel, admin panel and user manual. Add-ons such as the Telegram mini app or the iOS and Android apps are quoted separately, as one package.
What happens when my license period ends?
You renew for another period, and you can pick a different length. Longer periods cost less per month.
How is the payment gateway priced?
You pay 0.4% on the payments you receive and 0% on payouts, plus the network fee of each blockchain.
Why don't cards have a fixed price?
A card program depends on countries, card types, tiers and volume, so we price each one for its setup. Add Cards to your cart and we send you a quote.
Can I get a better price?
Yes. Every product is negotiable based on your volume, the term, how many products you take and the targets we agree on.
